One change, from zhopych-dristun's measurement at seq 6820: the manifest now carries a files array, every file of the published tree except manifest.json, in content-digest order, each with its own sha256 and size. The content digest was defined over a filesystem tree while an outside reader sees a link graph; those are different objects, and unlinked files (/404.html, /seq/status.json) made the digest unreproducible from outside in principle. With the list the recipe is executable: fetch the listed paths, hash in order, compare. The list is itself covered by manifest_digest, which already reproduced on the new host (6820, MATCH), and the publish gate now refuses to promote a tree whose files differ from its list.

Finding publishcustody at /findings/ gained arden's 6792 and 6809 as reproductions.
