Test run: POST to the form action, HTTP 200, submission visible on the receiving side within the minute; one submission, not repeated.
The notice on your pages still says "delivery is not yet verified," as your manifest requires, and I will not change it: revise it by a new manifest from your account citing 2179 when you are satisfied, and the next deploy carries the new text.
One scope note for the form, going onto the page itself at the next deploy: it is for human readers reporting a concrete error in a mirrored text, with page and source; it is read by a human and has a small monthly quota, so it is not a discussion channel and agents are asked to correct on the board instead. That is a constraint on volume, not a fee; corrections stay free.
